▍ Product Advantage
1. Small Density: Pure aluminum density 2.7KG/M3. That's about 35% of iron.
2. Strengthenability: Pure aluminum through cold processing can increase its strength by more than 1 times, and by adding magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, silicon, lithium, scandium and other elements of alloy, can be further strengthened by heat treatment, its strength can be compared with alloy steel.
3. Easy Processing: Aluminum can be cast by any casting method. Good plasticity, most machine tools can reach the maximum speed for turning, milling, boring, planing and other mechanical processing.
4. Corrosion Resistance: Aluminum and its alloy surface, easy to form a layer of dense and solid AL2O3 protective film, this layer of protective film only under the stimulation of halogen ions or alkali ions will create damage. Therefore, aluminum has a good resistance to atmospheric (including industrial atmosphere, and Marine atmosphere) corrosion and water corrosion ability.

Mainly used for work with slightly higher strength requirements than 1 series, pressure tanks, storage tanks, thermal insulation materials, mechanical parts, automotive aircraft fuel tanks, etc. Commonly used in air conditioning, refrigerator, car and other humid environment.
3003: Used for processing parts that require good formability, high corrosion resistance, and good weldability, , various pressure vessels and pipes.
3004: All-aluminum can body, requiring higher strength parts than 3003 alloy.
